Terms and Conditions for Passive Profit Millionaire
Before purchasing or utilizing Passive Profit Millionaire, it's essential to review and understand our Terms and Conditions. By purchasing or using this product, you signify that you have read, understand, accept, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. and
PRODUCT LICENSE:
By purchasing Passive Profit Millionaire, a digital master resale rights product owned by Millionaire Mindset Mama LLC, you are granted a non-exclusive license to resell the product. You have the authority to sell the product multiple times and retain 100% of the profits.
LIMITATIONS:
While you can't alter or modify the product itself or its title, you're free to tailor the sales process and present yourself as the product and sales process owner.
WARRANTIES:
The product is offered as-is. Millionaire Mindset Mama LLC provides no warranties, either explicit or implied, about its quality, suitability for a specific purpose, or any potential third-party rights violations.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
All intellectual property associated with Passive Profit Millionaire, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, belongs solely to Millionaire Mindset Mama LLC.
TERMINATION:
Once you've acquired the digital product, Millionaire Mindset Mama LLC won't terminate your ownership rights unless you violate the terms of our agreement as Owner and Licensee. You have lifelong rights to resell it.
REFUNDS:
All sales are final. There will be no refunds provided under any circumstances--no exceptions.
LIABILITY:
Any issues arising from the use or inability to use Passive Profit Millionaire are not the responsibility of Millionaire Mindset Mama LLC. They won't be accountable for any direct or indirect consequences.
GOVERNING LAW:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in the state of Tennessee.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
This agreement represents the complete understanding between the involved parties and overrides any previous or concurrent agreements or arrangements, whether they were written or verbal, pertaining to the subject matter at hand. By purchasing or utilizing Passive Profit Millionaire, you hereby consent to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please refrain from purchasing or using Passive Profit Millionaire.
Passive Profit Millionaire Course Distribution Rights
​Can the Licensee sell the Passive Profit Millionaire? YES
Can the Licensee sell the unlimited amounts of Passive Profit Millionaire? YES
Can the Licensee sell resell rights or master resell rights to Passive Profit Millionaire? YES
Can the Licensee edit, modify, or alter the product or claim authorship or copyright of Passive Profit Millionaire? NO
Can the Licensee change the name of the course, Passive Profit Millionaire, inside the course if I sell registration into your course? No. You may add to the name and brand around the product but the product that is accessed thru this method stays named Passive Profit Millionaire. You can rebrand around it for sales and marketing purposes but the product that users will access if you sell a registration link will stay Passive Profit Millionaire.
Will the Licensee receive the source files of Passive Profit Millionaire ? Yes. We offer four different options for how you resell the course including downloading the videos and embedding the videos on your own membership site.
Will the Licensee be able to download and edit the original source files? No. You may download utilize the original source files but you may not edit the original content. In accordance with traditional MRR rights, Videos CANNOT be Modified in ANY WAY. Video training CAN be uploaded on the host of your choosing, however they CANNOT be modified. You may add to the content to rebrand (including but not limited to alternate thumbnail images and overlays) but you cannot edit or alter the original video’s whatsoever. This is strictly prohibited.
Will the Licensee responsible for providing their own payment processor, and providing customer service to those you bought the Passive Profit Millionaire? Yes.
Can the Licensee include the Product in a bundle or package and sell it at a higher price? YES
Can the Licensee sell the Product for a lower price or discount? NO
Can the Product be added to a paid membership site? YES.
Can members of your paid membership site download the Product and be granted the Resell Rights to Passive Profit Millionaire content? NO
Can members of your paid membership site join the Passive Profit Millionaire community? NO. You will be responsible for your own community.
Can the Licensee distribute the Product for free? NO
Can the Licensee offer the Product as a bonus to another product being sold? NO
Can the Product be sold on auction sites such as eBay.com? NO
Can video training included in the Product be modified in any way? NO
Is the minimum sale price for the Product $340? YES
Can the Licensee sell the Product at any price point above $340? YES
Can discounts be applied to the Product's sale price? YES, provided that the discounted price does not fall below the minimum sale price of $340. We recommend $647 discounted down to $340.
