A goal defined by Lara Casey, is a "target, purpose, objective, intent, or intention- a place where you want to finish...


Setting a goal means intentionally choosing a direction and most importantly, hindering everything else- distractions, fears, comparison- from getting in the way."


Friends, in this 5 step goal-setting process, you've learned how to do these things. So far, you've learned how to set your mind towards abundance, celebrate your wins- big and small, assess your fears and limitations, and dream about the big things you want to happen in your life in 2021.


There really isn't much left, expect to WRITE your goals. Here are some tips to writing out your goals for success- goals that stick. So, go find a comfy quiet place, and dream BIG, friends!
