Gratitude: Choose 3 different gratitude statements and dig deep.
Empower yourself to embrace the little WINs, set rewards for your little by little progress, and write an affirmation or truth about yourself you may need to remember when you get stuck.
Rewards: Make a list of rewards- big and small, that you can use to motivate yourself daily as you grow.
Current Life Assessment: Assess your current season and satisfaction of each category. Then circle which 3 you’d like to focus on growing most in 2021.
Goal Ideas: Loosely jot down some bullet point ideas of each of the 10 categories for goal-setting.
Habits: Write out some habits that might help you shape your life for those goal ideas.
Who I want to Become: Write your vision for your life and who you want to become, how you want to feel, and what character traits you want to adopt in your life by the end of 2021.
